You only pay per image and a fixed return shipping fee per order
We give discounts for larger orders, regardless of original format

Additional copies

The first copy is always free of charge at DiaDirekt, but perhaps you would like to have additional copies.

These could be used as Christmas gifts or if you are more than two people sharing the cost of the scanning and want copies for all involved.

Additional copies can be ordered at the same time as the actual scanning, or later.

Specify the number of new copies you would like in your order. The cover may differ from the original when being duplicated.

What is VAT and why is it excluded from our prices

The Value Added Tax, or VAT, in the European Union is a general, broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It applies more or less to all goods and services that are bought and sold for use or consumption in the Community. Thus, goods which are sold for export or services which are sold to customers abroad are normally not subject to VAT. More information on VAT is found here.

This means that for sales made to customers outside the European Union we are able to offer our image services without Swedish VAT. In effect this means you get a 20% reduction on our prices compared to our domestic customers.

The following conditions apply:

You need to have the order delivered to a country outside the European Union
You specify the country on the order form when you send the originals to us

We use the European Commission online service European Countries to confirm that orders are eligible for having the VAT excluded based on being a country outside the EU.

Please check your country status here at no cost before making your order. This is the service we use. In that way you can ensure that we will be able to exclude Swedish VAT.

We automatically deliver without VAT for all customers that fulfill the conditions above.
