How to order

Print out the order form and fill out your details or write us a letter and send it together with your originals to this address.

You do not need to contact us in advance.

Negatives, developed photos in different formats, slides and memory cards can be mixed in the same order. We do not handle unprocessed films.

At a minimum, please state the following:

Name and return address
Order code or gift certificate (if any)
Your personalised title for cover and discs
Number of copies (the first one is free)
If you want your old pictures returned

If you provide us with your e-mail address we will confirm your order when it arrives to us, so that you can be sure that your order has been received. In the confirmation we also give you an expected delivery date for the transferred images (up to 5 working weeks).

You do not pay in advance - we send you a payment instruction as soon as we are finished with your order.

Compare STANDARD and PLUS

STANDARD-orders - A little cheaper, a lot simpler

Our standard orders cover most needs without requiring the customer to be technically skilled or an expert photographer. The images are scanned at the highest resolution and digital image enhancements are included in the price.

PLUS-orders - More freedom of choice

Our plus services are designed for people who prefer more flexibility.

Among several things, you decide what IPTC tags we should apply to the digital images and if we should perform any digital image enhancements or not. You can choose to have the images saved in TIFF (tif) format instead of JPEG (jpg) and also have them saved in different folders to simplify searching and sorting.

PLUS-orders can be delivered on an external memory (harddisk drive, USB flash or SD cards) without additional costs.
